1. In which countries can I place an order?
We support international delivery to most countries and regions. Please select the correct delivery address on the checkout page and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
2. How long does it take to ship?
We usually ship within 2 working days after the order is confirmed. There may be slight delays during holidays or promotions.
3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Domestic delivery: Estimated 7 working days Expedited delivery: Estimated 3 working days International delivery: Estimated 20 working days, depending on the region and logistics service
4. How do I track my order?
After the order is shipped, we will send a notification with a logistics tracking link via email, and you can check the delivery status in real time.
5. What if the received item is damaged or wrong?
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product, and attach the product photo and order number. We will process the return or reissue for you as soon as possible.

9. Is it normal that the color of the product is inconsistent with the picture?
We try our best to restore the actual color, but due to differences in display equipment, light and batches, the product may be slightly different from the picture, which is normal.
